SAFETY FIRST
COVID-19 TESTS ARE MANDATORY
I have already talked to everyone individually, but this is a kind reminder that if you plan to join the birthday festivities a Covid-19 test is mandatory. Please schedule a test within a week of your travel to South Florida. Once you take your test please practice major social distancing or simply quarantine. This is not just about protecting ourselves, we must be diligent with protecting our loved ones we will see after my birthday weekend and for the holidays.
MY PROMISE TO YOU:
I will politely snatch any invite if you do not follow the safety guidelines above.
I will follow the same guidelines and lead by example.
The house will be sanitized daily with EPA-registered disinfectants to kill germs on all surfaces.
No one will enter the house that has not taken a Covid-19 test.
Anyone who has additional plans outside of our group will forfeit their right to stay in the house.

Details:
I'm paying for the photoshoot. I can select 2 of my favorite photos from the shoot for him to edit. Any additional photos requested for him to edit will cost $50. We can not get the photos he does not edit. Everyone is welcomed to take additional single pictures or separate group photos. Please keep in mind that any additional photo for him to edit outside of the two I select will cost $50 (I'm not paying for that).
There is a week turn around for us to receive the edited photos.
I can not wait for the photoshoot! The pictures are inspiration photos, not my precise vision. I want establishing the photoshoot vision to be a collaborative effort. We will schedule a zoom meeting to solidify details. The meeting must happen between Nov 1 - Nov 5. The photographer's name is Kevin, to see more of his work click the button below.
Birthday dinner
Our dinner will be catered by OMG Caters. The owner is a family friend and has cooked for us before. His food is amazing and caters to all palates. This group has strict dietary restrictions, so the menu hasn't been finalized, but I am accommodating everyone.
EVENT PLANNER
The birthday dinner will be planned by DB KREATIVE EXPRESSIONS one of the best event planners for intimate gatherings in South Florida. The decor will be shades of nude with a pop of teal! To see some of their previous events click below.
DINNER ATTIRE
There is no set color you need to wear. If you want to coordinate with the decor that is solely up to you. Just make sure you dress to break a neck.

Q: How much do we have to pay?
A: If you're staying in the house your total is $350. If you're only attending the boat day then your total is $300. We will require an Uber or Lyft for our transportation to Miami for the boat day. We will have to get 2 vehicles. I'm not sure about that price, but we will split it accordingly.
Q: What does the $350 include?
A: Living accommodations, The Yacht, Food in the house, Covid-19 sanitization, Birthday Dinner
Q: Do we have to pay $300 if we're only going on the boat?
A: Yes
Q:What time should we fly in on Thursday?
A: The best time for you to fly in would be 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM, if you want me to pick you up. If you arrive anytime outside of that you may need to get an Uber or Lyft.
Q: What time should we fly out on Sunday?
A: The best time for you to fly out would be any time before 3:00 PM or anytime after 6:00PM. I have fitness dance class on Sunday between 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM. I don't plan to miss it for anyones' flight.
Q: Will Red be in the house
A: No, Red will be at his aunts' home or his father's home
Q: What should we wear on the boat?
A: Whatever you want, but bring a cover up. It may be warm/cool, but it won't be cold. We'll check the temperature closer to the date
Q: Will there be alcohol?
A: We will do a liquor run Thursday.
Q: What should we pack?
A: Thursday: PJs/Comfy clothes, we'll be in the house. Friday: Boat attire during the day and something cute for later if we decide to go to an outside dinner spot. We might do take out this night, not sure yet it depends on how we feel. Saturday: Photoshoot outfit, Birthday dinner outfit. Sunday: Airport clothes. ADDITIONAL CLOTHES: Pack an extra beach outfit. It does not need to be a swimsuit.
Q: What are we wearing for the photoshoot?
A: It's not solidified yet, but we will have a meeting sometime between Nov 1 - Nov 5 to finalize those plans.
Q: Will we have to buy our outfits for the photoshoot?
A: Yes, however it should be very low in cost.
Q: Are you getting your makeup done?
A: Yes. As of right now I will have my cousin Candace do my makeup for at least one event. We're sampling looks prior to the month of December. If Candace does your makeup she will charge $45 for a classic look. Her price increases for highlighting, conturing, and glitter. Candace has agreed to wear a face covering while doing anyones make up. I will find additional options for makeup artist and share them with the group if Candace is not your preference.
